Getting started
Click “Start Free Trial”, enter your firm name, your name, email and a password — your workspace is ready in seconds. The 14-day trial includes every Business-plan feature, no card required.
Yes — add team members from the Team module. Your plan sets the seat count (Starter 1, Professional 3, Business 10); each member gets their own role: Partner, Manager, Associate, Staff or Receptionist.
Yes — the web app is fully responsive on any phone browser today, and native Android & iOS apps ship after launch. Your data syncs across every device automatically.
Clients & the portal
Open the client’s record, set a Portal PIN and share it. The client signs in at your portal with their email + PIN to see case progress, documents, invoices and messages — under your firm’s name.
Never. Each client sees only their own cases, documents, invoices and messages. Security rules enforce this at the database level, not just in the interface.
Straight into your firm’s document storage, filed under that client — they count toward your plan’s storage (5/10/25 GB), and your team is notified.

Security & data
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in Google Cloud (Firebase) data centres in Europe. Every firm’s workspace is isolated by security rules; your team’s access is role-based; passwords are hashed, never stored.
Your firm does — always. Export it any time. If you delete your account, it is removed from the platform completely.
Tax Pilot manages your practice around filings — clients, deadlines, documents, tasks and billing. You file on IRIS/WeBOC as normal, then mark the case filed; Tax Pilot keeps the record and the client informed.
The platform is in English (standard for professional practice) and our support team assists in Urdu and English — by WhatsApp, phone and email.
